User Terms

Important: The terms and conditions included in these User Terms apply to individuals purchasing a single User Membership (as defined below) for themselves, and to individuals who have had a User Membership arranged for them by an Account Manager. Terms and conditions for Account Managers are covered in the Terms of Supply.

INTRODUCTION

Transparency is very important to Aptimore Limited (“us”, “we” and “our”), so our full User Terms are set out below, but to make it easier for you here is a short overview of the most important points:

  1. If you purchase a User Membership you will be entitled to use Aptimore’s learning and development site for 365 days, starting on the day that you purchase your membership.
  2. You may cancel your membership within 14 days of your purchase and receive a refund, but only if you have not completed your initial profiling questionnaire. Once you have completed your initial profiling questionnaire, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  3. You may save, download and print pdf versions of your profile chart and your personalised development report (whether in progress or completed) for your records and for sharing with third parties that have an interest in your professional development such as your HR department, manager, coach or trainer.
  4. If your Aptimore subscription has been purchased for you by an Account Manager, they will have access to a limited amount of information (e.g. which units you have completed) but they will not have access to the results or outcomes of your program unless you print or pdf a version of your profile chart or personalised development report to send to them.
  5. Apart from printing or pdf-ing your profile chart and personalised development report, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of any of the Materials or Services, use of any Services, or access to any of the Services without the express prior written consent of Aptimore.

If Aptimore terminates your access to or use of User Membership or Services where you are not in breach of these User Terms, Aptimore will provide you with a pro rata refund representing (in Aptimore’s sole discretion) the portion of the relevant User Membership or Services that you have not used.
